Hei Jamie literally tried to help Edmund but Edmund was being stubborn and rude. So Jamie threatened him. We don’t know if he was serious with his threat or not but they are at war and despite treating Edmund well he was making fun of Jamie. Also don’t forget Jamie stabbed the mad king in the back to save the population of kings landing from burning

I think Jaqen was just kind of always rooting for Arya. The debt for the life stolen and the face she took was repaid when she killed the Waif and "donated" her face, so he didn't have any reason to beef with her. The little nod and smirk he does as Arya leaves is him genuinely wishing her well.
