You need to watch the last 5 minutes on episode 102. Failure to do so will result in a huge WTF moment for 103. Episode 116 and 120 have extremely important scenes after the credits. Watch the demon fight at the beginning on 118. It will have a little more context.

Remember that Licht does not have light magic, he has sword magic- they mentioned this in episode 95 when he calls out spells and gets his grimoire. Also when patry was reincarnated and awoke, he was in Williams body - they showed Williams 3 leaf grimoire.
