I like Amon. He is creepy and intimidating, and has a cool steampunk-communism vibe. And cap or not, you can't really argue that the equalists don't have a point. People definitely have fewer privileges and work options if they are a non-bender in this universe

The voice actor for Amon is Steve Blum, he's been all over anime and games for decades. He voices Zabuza and Orochimaru in Naruto if you ever watched the English dub and he's been the voice of Wolverine from the X-Men in pretty much everything animated or video game for a long time as well.
