If Nickelodeon had budget cuts they should've cut this prince out of the show

yep, The creators Hate Recap episodes. They also Hated that they had to do Ember Island Play in ATLA: (Thats why they did it in such a creative way and salvaged the idea into a fun comedy meta episode.) IN Korra they were faced with. Reused footage for clipshow ep? OR fire people from the team. The is now a comic out were Kuvira her backstory is told and how she ended up in Zhao fu.

Don’t quote me on this but I’m pretty sure that nickelodeon cut the budget for the show in the last season. So they did this episode from mostly clips of past episodes to save money. But they wanted this episode to be a back story of kuvira but couldn’t do to budget cuts.

As long as we are being open about it: Korra is a firebender and an airbender, with two methods of keeping herself warm. Also she grew up in the South Pole. Asami brought her tea because she thought Korra *might be cold*. Also don’t forget Asami changed her car to water tribe colors and built a giant Korra statue to stare at when she’s sad (she redid the city infrastructure so she’s responsible for Avatar Korra park.) It’s a subtle love because Nickelodeon is a cowardly corporation that wants to pretend they’re brave.
