I strongly disagree with that. Buggy has an actual clown nose as a real nose and that is accepted. Another character just has mouse whiskers and that is accepted. I don't see how Usopp having a long nose would suddenly be what looks ridiculous.

I’m glad they didn’t give usopp his nose, it would’ve looked too weird/corny in real life

I think as you talk about it at the end yourself, it's not spoilers at this point to mention Django doesn't quite appear in the same way as he does in the manga/anime. But on a meta level that's what creeps me out way more about the soup. Because rather than the hypnosis from Django, the soup is used very similarily here, so the idea that the soup is essentially replacing Django is kind of dark on a meta level.

Shit happens and you just gotta roll with it 🤷‍♂️ with y’all’s content and this adaptation, I appreciate rolling with the punches and acknowledging the changes for the live action adaptation.
