Spider Man into the Spiderverse is great, but I think it's better to continue with How to Train your Dragon. Since you just watched the first one, watching 2 and 3 just makes the most sense. Then jumping into another movie series after, but that's just my opinion. If Spiderverse wins it's not a big deal, as long as How to Train your Dragon comes later.

There is one that you should watch before the timeskip. Strong World actually gets references in the main story. This movie should be watched around the 440 area.

I'm not really wondering about the One Piece movies, most of them aren't worth watching imo. The sixth one was good and then Z, Gold and Red, everything else ... meh.

Yeah the Time Skip will probably be like a major Check point for us (we don't even know when exactly it is but assuming we're decently close)

Honestly you can probably take a break at the skip to just binge through most of the movies before continuing on.
