Yeah, I agree with that. You won't know who they are until they're introduced. One Piece has no shortage of the wrong kinds of spoilers in their intros though, where they do actually show things that they really shouldn't be showing. The songs are great, but... the intros are sadly made with the assumption that everyone has already read the manga.

Them flashbacks are a bit too long but it's okay for its worth, this is just so mind-blowing, a skeleton who drifted alone for 50 (!!!) years, been so fucking lonely, but refused to end his life even after he was already dead just to keep a promise to his dear friend, goosebumps every time bro. And I love the way Brook's VA says name "Laboon", with his voice it's just soo goooood

One Piece sometimes uses flashbacks for WAY too long. I get that it's intended for the weekly watcher where this flashback was for an episode 10 years ago l, but they can get really annoying.

I remembered some fans made theories and guessed Brook was waiting for Laboon because they compared the ghost ship and the Laboon flashback ship weresimilar. It was so crazy and I totally didn't understand how they could possibly guess that right.

Yeah, the flashbacks in ep 354 was a bit excessive, as they possibly could have redone the animation in certain parts and not needing THAT much recap, but... It was still nice to see Laboon again.

Just because Oars and Moria are in this intro, I would still not consider it a spoiler. It doesn't say anything about who they are or what their role is. They are also barely the focus of the shot. It's a pretty basic shot for any sort of show out there.
