Love seeing that you guys are enjoying the show! I believe the guy whose voice sounded familiar is played by the guy who voiced Robin in Teen Titans. I also think he's used for other additional voices throughout the series.

Yeah, this episode gets a bit more hate then needed due to broadcast airing. It was one of the eps that got replayed the most on TV, and the fanbase got SICK of it. XD Though, rewatching it years later, it's really not that bad.
