Starting with this episode, Robin's skintone has become lighter. When she first showed up in the anime, she hadn't been on any color pages yet. Because of this, the anime gave her tan skin but when she did appear on color pages in the manga her skin was a lighter tone. The anime kept the tan skin until now where they lighten it in order to correct it and match the manga. They never change the eyes though so they are still blue instead of brown like the manga. They do give her brown eyes in a couple movies though.

Alright now that all the Warlords are known and you've at least seen silhouettes of all of them side by side, here are the official heights of all 7+ Warlords of the Sea from shortest to tallest: Shortest: Boa Hancock - 191 cm ( 6' 3.5" ) Tall queen ftw Dracule "Hawkeye" Mihawk - 198 cm ( 6' 6" ) Most realistic height on this list imo Crocodile - 253 cm ( 8' 3.5" ) Closest to the tallest man on earth ( 272 cm / 8' 11" ) Jimbei - 301 cm ( 9' 10.5" ) Not much a spoiler but more just a fact Donquixote Doflamingo - 305 cm ( 10' 0" ) Long-Tan-and-Handsome mfer Marshall D. Teach aka "Blackbeard" - 344 cm ( 11' 3.5" ) This dude could not have been this tall on Jaya fr Bartholomew Kuma - 689 cm ( 22' 7" ) Leaps and bounds above Teach in 3rd Finally, the tallest: Gecko Moria - 692 cm ( 22' 8.5" ) and I'm convinced he only gets the #1 spot because of his hair lol

About Doflamingo's size, he's not big like Kuma or Moria, but if you compare him to Mihawk for example, that have a "normal person's size", he's quite tall.
