The jump in power isn't between Kaku and Jabra, Kaku has 2200 jabra has 2180 and then Blueno is at 4th with 820

watched the episode and i always like the spandam “huh” scene before he hits robin. idk why maybe its because of the way its animated and how he looks?

As the saying goes.. If Spandex has a million haters, then I'm one of them. If Spandumb has one hater, then I'm that one. If Spandouche has no haters, that means I'm dead. Either way, Spandick can suck it. (and you've seen nothing yet, there's a reason he's one of the more detestable characters in the series.) Unrelated but you'd think that by now the marines would know better than to use guns or cannons against Luffy... Starting to think the 10 on the power scale also stands for IQ points, which would make Spandam being a 9 all the more fitting. We're getting to the good parts, can't wait for more One Piece.
