Enjoy the little cool down from the action as the arc after next, is for me the REAL start of One Piece. A lot will be revealed and big guns will be introduced -- Crocodile and Eneru pale in comparison. Next opening is one of the best openings of One Piece. Very iconic. It is safe to watch.

Next opening is one of my all time favorites as well, you can watch the first 15 seconds of it, get hyped af and then forget about it until episode 237 when it's safe to watch BOKURA WA HITOTSU ONE PIECE

Fun fact: This filler arc was not the first appearance of G-8. The G-8 Base (Navarone) first appeared in the fourth One Piece movie.

It may be filler, but it was especially a fun time all around, including the ending despite the lack of an epic one vs one battle. I'm kinda glad it didn't end that way, as it was so much more heartwarming to see the crew of G8 feel accomplished despite not being successful in capturing the Strawhats.

It is kinda crazy how g8 is filler, despite feeling like a genuine one piece arc. Just like other people said, you don't need to know admiral akainu. Tbh I forgot they name dropped him in this arc.

Our plan is skip 213-216, then do 217-219 to finish off, then were thinking 226-228 together

The episodes to skip after extensive research 213-216 ( depends) these eps are shippable but u have to use Ur brains to find what happens in it - easy tho 220-225 just skip 226 is also filler but the 2 Nd half of ep is very imp but 227 shows the recap but 226 ending is better for easy understanding. I hope I haven't made spelling errors
