"Dead frame" in HxH
🕑 Added 2021-01-06 23:35:13 +0000 UTCI think it's called a "dead frame", but basically there are a few points in this hxh vid where it will crash the editing software so I can't render the vid out. I've dealt with these a feewwww times in the past - not too many times - but every time I dealt with them it took hours to resolve, so this hxh will go up even later today, BUT still today. I'll try to get it up ASAP, but the only known solution is to rerender and let it crash, mark the point it corrupted, delete it, and get reedit that part in from the raw file, so it will take a little bit :/
Just trying to communicate with y'all and let y'all know what's on :) this is beyond frustrating for me too

Try rendering in small portions, like 4-5 min sections, should narrow down your search. Then just combine the small clips into one video

I've had to deal with that in the past and it is a total nightmare. In my care it was three 3+ hour files that had that issue. It left permanent emotional scars and I now take every possible precaution to avoid it. Although it can be really random. Good luck and thanks for taking the time to make things look good for your patrons and youtube audience!!
