Pitou can’t use en remember she is healing the kings arm ,if that was pitou’s aura , she would have detected Knov immediately and it would have been over , that was poof’s aura which is still just as ominous, it just doesn’t have the range to cover the whole palace , only up to the stairs .

That wasn’t pitou’s aura. It was poufs. Pitou was healing the king so pouf used his en instead. Pitous aura is red not blue.

Fwiw I'm pretty sure the women are enslaved and sold to rich folk. They cant do anything because they'll probably just be re-captured or killed if they run.

Keep in mind knov was pretty much naked with zetsu active

that wasnt pitous aura, it was poufs. i read somewhere that pitous is even worse. plus knov wasnt even in the aura he just saw it. gon and killua actually experienced the aura wich says alot about them.
