Yeah Sasuke could easily beat Urashaki here without the help of Kurama...he has a lot of options, but he doesn't reveal any of his dojutsus in this timeline cause it could stir up confusions especially with Jiraiya around and etc..he does use them maybe twice but very subtley and secretively, low on chakra what not too. That's also the 'nerf' people tend to call out during this arc 🤧
