Keep in mind that hisoka rated a bunch of the zodiacs power levels when he saw them (he assigned them numbers). And he gave illumi a power level of 95. When he gave these numbers he was referring to himself as a 100. Essentially hisoka considers himself to be more powerful than most of the zodiacs and a little bit stronger than illumi. Don’t underestimate him. Esp if u read the manga.
