The final boss comes onto the Stage ( Funny Thing is, i read in some sides that the author of Naruto made Madara to strong. He saw his Mistake, but he dont knew how to get rid of him. So he made Kaguya the final Boss, While Madara get quickly and quietly removed from the stage) ^^

Madara should have been the final villian...Kaguya is a walking HACKS because of the powers. making her the final villian is why people look down on the wararc. Glad you enjoy it though but Kishimoto was defenitly smoking something when he wrote the wararc.
