Added new weapon
added two new enemies
added oasis area (accessible after boss fight)
vastly improved skiing
added new skybox
added new graphics settings options
lots of misc fixes and tweaks
I also implemented a bunch of experimental performance improvements, but I'm not sure how successful they were
ragdolls are also bugged out, an issue was introduced with the latest engine version, but will be fixed in the next version

Noticed that the desert skybox and the lighting of the general area were very different, seemed somewhat jarring and out of place. I'm not sure if I like the new desert skybox. I like the idea of adding a new skybox, though, I'm interested in seeing where Miz takes it
