I don't understand the question, you can remove organs to make space to put large organs in. You can also rotate organs

I really like this game right now, i like the concept of organ swapping and it's fun to fight the enemies, i have a question though, could you add organ destroying so we can fit other creature's organs into the character's body? (i.e destroying a lung to fit a pyrofly's heart)

I'd like to add controller support, no idea how difficult it will be though. Don't plan to add the other things, but i have added some ambient wind and dust
