I've thought about an invention like this! You could make (unbreakable) bubbles with them, but also control the permeability. So based on a setting, contact with the gloves allows you to pass through a bubble membrane. Meaning when you shove people into bubbles with the gloves, once they pass through and lose contact, they're trapped inside! You can even pass through into a bubble and turn them off to encase yourself, just make sure the batteries don't die on you or else you'll get stuck π€
