Also, what does it show when you go to your post dashboard? [if you can't describe it, you can send me an email with a screenshot -make sure to blur or censor any personal info-] For my part, I'm having the issue on the app where it shows me a sign that says that I haven't posted anything yet 😒
I tried the help center tips on the app/phone problems, but it didn't work for me.
I hope to solve this as soon as possible.
--Also, thank you so much to [ ilse ] who sent me screenshots by a message on insta. I tried to reply today but insta said there was an error -failed to send- [what is up with those apps...]

ik im missing pages 1-19 for part 2 of loose ends
Currently I am not getting any of the pages for January or February that should have been updated. I use the app and chrome on my phone.
i use the app and it doesn’t always work, sometimes it always stutters and shuts the app down. i’ve tried going online on my phone and that usually works a bit better for me but it depends. hope you can get everything working! love looking at your work

They told me it was a WiFi issue... but that’s nuts. I tried the app on my iPad and the posts show without a problem. I hope they solve the issue for android users (if that’s the problem) cause It’s easier for me to check the app on my phone (android). What OS do you use?
Yes, it could be. I checked on my iPad’s app and the posts showed. I think it might be a android OS bug. Thank you very much, this helps A LOT 💜

I had issues on my phone I spoke to patron myself because I didn't know of was a problem on my end and they were useless too me a week of emails and no matter what I said all they would say is you do u need to change your password there not good

it does. I believe we're gonna have to use the web browser whilst they fix the app.
I'm having the issues on the app, it shows up as a blank screen with your header but no posts, I can see the Neighbours post in my feed but it doesn't show up on your page. I hope this helps :)
That’s odd😕 all the posts here can normally be seen in my app. Hope you guys could figure it out soon. 😢
