as a sign of my gratitude, i come bearing a very special gift! you now possess exclusive early access to day 1 of “Killer Chat! Expanded Edition” :3
as you know, the game is still in development so this is not the final product and is subject to change. this means that some things (like partial cg's, desktop functionality like games, wallpapers, nullnet, etc) are not included in this version!
it’s really important that any game content is kept private, so i have attached the confidentiality agreement here! by downloading the beta build, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the agreement. essentially, you are agreeing to not share anything about the game content with others (including plot points, screenshots etc.) if they want to know more, please encourage them to support me on patreon/ko-fi or to wait for the demo's official release! however, you are welcome to discuss the expanded day 1 demo content in the apotheotic rotterling private channel on discord!
we want to make the player’s experience as smooth as possible, so if you spot any bugs or have any concerns, please fill in a bug report that is accessible here.
our known issues are:
flow issues with entering the serial killer's hangout segments (needing to click out of the chatroom and clicking back in, in order to access the hangouts)
"this is cringeworthy, what's the worst that can happen?" route is inaccessible because we're still working on implementing it
hint box covers some of the serials during the serial killer hangout section
killer news popup is not yet implemented
"meet the killers" placeholder demo ending doesn't show the serial killer you chose (because it's a placeholder for now!)
(so no need to report these!)
