I'm really sad that Toren doesn't look like he's going to have a redemption Arc, but I think Erin made the right, practical decision. I guess we'll see whether it will actually work or whether you have a surprise up your sleeve.

small errors: "How to Erin to Liscor safely, and what " -get/take/guide? "Was her really that sleep-deprived" - he? "about. How did you get there?” - 'here'? "I imbued him with the capability for rational in the fashion of Golems" -- rationale? Love the writing! Can't wait for the next chapter. :)
