Both, to a degree! Theocracy, for example, will be getting an entire update in R9! Otherwise, the sheets are to explain and elaborate on various aspects. PS: Sorry for the late reply!

Just out of curiosity, are the sheets tied to what we will see or expect in the next update or are they more just to spotlight a certain aspect of a person, group, or place? Regardless, looking forward to potentially learning about space nuns :)
