This is great! Exactly the kind of thing i need right now cause of my insomnia - the only thing is, every asmr artist i know always does a small intro into audios like this, and often it often has a smoothing thundeerstorm BG noise.

I'm so glad you've made this! I struggled with insomnia for a while and occasionally it kinda ramps up again. These days it's just hard for me to go to sleep and STAY asleep as any sudden sound will wake me up. Being able to listen to consistent sound like the heart beat and light breathing helped me sleep the other day, thank you for that!
