I know I'm not the only one out there who has a lot of work stress and I have been looking for something I can listen to on a short break to help me shrug off the things I can't do anything about. I don't really know how to phrase this properly but I hope I get the point across. Having someone remind me to just breath. Let go of it all for a few minutes and then try again would help with my anxiety.
