Wow, loved your reaction to this modern classic. BTW: Itโs my illusion that this movie is loosely based on Alexander Solzhenitsynโs โThe Gulag Archipelagoโ. So if you really want to know more, maybe try and give it a read; or maybe the shorter story โA Day In The Life of Ivan Denisovichโ.
