Make Noise 0-CTRL: review, patch ideas and jam download

Make Noise just came out with 0-CTRL - an all-analog desktop sequencer/controller in the same form factor as the 0-Coast.
I've reviewed quite a few digital sequencers, with plenty of features, power, menus and options - this one is different. It's back to the basics - with no quantization, no discernable way to create "standard" musical rests - and yet despite that, there's a charm to it.
It's all hands on, all controls, but don't expect any firmware updates.
Of course, as usual, just in case, I show quite a few workarounds and pairings should you be interested in it and yet want to overcome its analog limitations (or qualities... depending on your point of view...).
While doing so, I also managed to turn it into a subharmonic oscillator/touch instrument - basically an analog quantizer :)
As usual, plenty of patch ideas in this one that might benefit you elsewhere and what's not in the book will be added of course, at the end of the month.

Love the subharmonics, I wouldn't have thought to push the clock to audio rates. I also have no clue how the gate-to-time patch works, but I love it.
Thanks for the heads up...I wasn't aware that others were making this possible with custom power cables. Seems odd that Make Noise wouldn't support it themselves...it would make this product more appealing to a lot of us! Moog certainly got that part right with their semi-modular synths.
