It teaches how to meditate and effectively internalise the pure teachings from original Christianity, which has been lost in most modern Christian groups. The book is called The Way of Ascetics, and it reads like the Tao Te Ching. When read in a mindful and meditative way, it holds some very powerful teachings on how to live our lives with more awareness.
