Good Afternoon Glorious Fans of SuperTry Studios,
At the outset of May, the SuperTry team concocted a plan to create a pleasantly melancholy game that would chart an emotional reckoning within a group of lifelong friends. The writing would have to be superb. The music spectacular. The impact would be felt deep in your hearts!
Supreme Commander Kevin Cole rounded up a crack team including myself and Eternal General Secretary of the Emotional Interior, Hadley St. Clair to piece together what will be a beautiful traipse down into the valley of dialogue-driven exploration games.
Long-story short, we are incredibly stoked on the work completed thus far, and are delaying the release of the game (Top Secret Project Big Chill) until June. The three of us are in agreement that this game will be an important offering from SuperTry Studios. We want to make sure when we present it to you, it is a finished product of which we can be proud.
But fear not! Just because we are delaying the aforementioned sentimental float down the lazy river of bottled-up interpersonal drama does not mean we are giving up on our pledge to produce a game a month in 2020!
So, we turn our attention back to May. What could possibly serve as an aperitif to the mawkish talkie coming in June? We figured a slash and burn shoot-em-up side-scroller would do the trick. Look forward to that, coming next weekend! There will be plenty of stupidity and plenty of screeching metal guitars. Should be fun!
