Would you think this is a very first lesson I can start with for beginners?

I finally see what I've been doing wrong for speeding up my scale playing. Been going to college for the last three years minus 2020; for commercial performance and even my professor never caught what I was doing wrong or even explained how to speed up or achieve what I want in guitar playing. Thank you Bernth for these exercise technics. I'll be adding to my practice routine!

That last example of bad hand sync was a perfect Kerry King style soloing, oh mama! Thanks for this video, I picked 4 things in my upcoming training schedules.

I had often wondered exactly where to put my finger on the fretboard and thought that almost in the middle was best.....this is a great tip.......yet another one from a great teacher, thanks Bernth.

omfg Bernth the first one is absolute torture!! I gotta work on this at least 20m per day!! love it!!! <3
That string bending exercise is a game changer for me. Seems so obvious now! Really appreciate you sharing it!

Great video! Do you have any advice for preventing flat fingers when doing stretches?
Great video Bernth! My biggest problems at the moment are: 1. My pinky blocking the string below the actual one. By the way, the "spider" excersive is extremely difficult to me, I cannot leave the pinky finger in the string. 2. Both hands sincronization, i feel like the right hand is going faster than the left hand 3. The position of the pick I hope with your excercies I will get better :)

Great reminders of the exercises out there - not to mention - you've given the formula of a great practice workout overall
