Hello David, a free alternative to GP5 is Tuxguitar, its free and super easy to use, also all GP5 files are compatible with Tuxguitar. heres the Link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxguitar/

Hey David, thanks a lot for asking that! Yes, you need the Guitar Pro software to open these files - that way you could change the tempo of the exercise and practice to the file by looping certain measures :) I really like this software and I'm working with it for almost 15 years now (songwriting, transcribing, practicing,...) - I can definitely recommend getting it! But all the information written down there can also be found in the PDF file, that one is an exact export from the Guitar Pro sheets! Hope that helps :)

Just a question to the community or Bernth .. I downloaded the PDFs but the gpf file??? I downloaded it and it won't open, do I need a separate app to help open this... I have a motog7play... Any help would be nice... Please and thank you

Just loving the difference in the scale sounds just by moving position of 1 or 2 notes in the scale.
