There's been plenty of amazing stories to choose from so I hope you have fun picking your favourite:
Here are the top 12:
Option 1:

Option 2:

Option 3:
Transformative gameplay
A small group of friends probably 3 of them Synopsis: a small group of 3 friends receive a new game in the mail from Lana inc, they put the game into their console and it sucks them into the game where they slowly become in game video game characters (could be based off of actual video game characters) at the end they escape the game to find themselves in Lana inc with the Job of promoting Lana’s new game.
Option 4:
A new addicting game in an arcade that changes your gender the more you play. The higher the score, the more your changes develop.
Option 5:
A cursed artifact at a museum turns a would-be thief and a security guard into the artifact's newest handmaidens.
Option 6:
A uptight overly stressed out 30 something guy is upset that his usual coffee place has new owners that made it a coffee place that caters to younger people. He's rude to the staff and they give him a free coffee. As he goes on with his day, he, little by little, turns into a blonde hair, blue eye 20 something basic girl. His clothes also change to something fitting a basic girl. He also, little by little, starts to act and think like a basic girl. At the end of his day and he, now she is completely a basic girl and she stops back in the coffee place and thanks them for the coffee and promises to keep coming back, which makes the staff very pleased.
Option 7:
A comic featuring a small group of foot-tall, shortstack imp girls running a small bakery/cafe. When a customer finds that he can't quite pay (or perhaps is just a jerk and decides to try to walk out), the imps devise a way for them to 'work off' their debt. A little prank later and they turn them into a tiny imp girl as well, giving them the ultimatum to work in the restaurant to pay off the debt or else they won't be changing back anytime soon!

Option 8:
An adventuring party summons and witlessly awakens a dream demon who was disguised as a sleepy-eyed commoner. She angrily transforms them into her sexy servants, then goes back to sleep.
Option 9:
A group of four male explores found the abandon Temple of Beauty in the mountains of Asia looking for some jewels and gold as the rumour goes all the girls in the Temple where prettiest and sexist ones, dress to impress around and no man as far the eye can see. As the four enter the Temple looking for some easy money and girls as a trap goes off and separate the group as each of the men lands in a different room not long after there find out why there are no men in the Temple as man number 1 turns into a beautiful Asian lady with a Chinese dress, man number 2 turns into a lovely Japanese Kimono girl, man number 3 turns into a sexy Ninja girl and man number 4 turns into a cute Loli Lolita. With that, the four new girls are now hoping more people will come to visit the New Temple of Beauty.
Option 10:
3 friends move into a loft of some sort and are greeted by their neighbour, a very bust woman who looks like and has the mannerisms of a 50's style housewife (beehive hairdo, apron over her poodle skirt). She offers the trio brownies as a welcome to the neighbourhood present. One eats one and becomes a housewife, another sees this and giddily eats a brownie to change, while the third is pressured by the now 3 housewives and meekly consumes a brownie to be transformed. Zoom out reveals the entire neighbourhood is full of these housewives, implying none of them actually have husbands and just exist to change more people into housewives.
Option 11:
A guy who doesn't make any of his school's sports teams is told that both theirs a position open on the cheer squad and as the mascot, so he gets turned into an anthro of whatever the school's mascot is in a cheerleader outfit
Option 12:
A poor student, or group of students, at a university end up walking into a class that they really shouldn't have, a secret one all about teaching up and coming witches magic. And the teacher, nice as she is, decides to use the boys as examples for the class of what different spells can do to a person. And yes, I'd be interested in being involved, in that or any of these comics.
