Cities in general are usually only referred to with feminine pronouns. Not sure why, I don't think it's an entirely english thing since a lot of other languages do the same thing. So while Artorion's named after Artorias, the city's going to use feminine pronouns at least in more poetic contexts. Just blandly talking about the city, people in-universe would probably use 'it' instead.

Question/comment about this line "Artorion is counting on us, and reaching that Stormborn Oak may just be the key to saving her.” Maybe I'm just being particular, but if the city was named after his father (if I remember correctly?), does it make sense to refer to the city as "her"? I don't suppose it super matters / I recognize it's a tendency like referring to boats just felt a bit contradictory if that makes sense
