Awesome chapter, I loved how you handled the backlash of that spell, along with the convo with Arien. The battle was awesome too. How funny would it be if Tauriel came home to Harry with a new house cat xD "I got a pet for us" "....wut"

Crap. Good catch. ScarBlood Hand should just be scarred Hand - I accidentally used Red Hand instead of Blood Hand occasionally and I then changed all, and well, issues. Will correct tonight. THANK YOU

I don't know as much as a true Tolkien enthusiast because I never got around to reading his extended works. Wouldn't Morgoth or Sauron be able to feel a spell being so violently rejected by the magic of Arda? I feel like they would notice and be intrigued. Also, there are several points where it looks like you meant to mention Harry's "scarred hands", but the word "Blood" was added unintentionally, making it "scarBlood Hand" or scarredBlood Hand".
