As none of you knew this was coming, I am going to have this free to all. If I do a Chapter 2 because it gets enough support, I will put it as part of the WIP tier patrons.
Edit: Chapter is fully written now. I like the tone I ended on. I think it feels a bit rough overall, but considering this was just to get the idea out of my head I am ok with that.

Third reincarnation. Sorry for confusion, but yes to the Hogwarts Story. As for being psychic... well there is more than one way to appear psychic. Maybe look to other supernatural typings. I will say, in one key way, you are not that far off in thinking Mew. On most of the places I have posted this, people have managed to figure it out. So I know it isn't impossible.

Hm. Second reincarnation with a witch-like appearance as a professor. Presumably your Tanya at Hogwarts story, though that is merely the first interpretation that jumps to mind. Black egg, well, there’s no black eggs as far as I know. Psychic and small (~115 cm, 3'9); if pure Psychic Mew maybe, but that hasn’t fingers as such and is way too small. Hypno is too tall, but has the requisite hands. Psychic/other… Mrs Mime? A bit too tall. Jinx? Feels off…
