You don't need to swim to use these, you don't need to know how to do a lunge for the lunge to work. This is designed in layers to stimulate the muscles, and the workout. The caloric burn. The positive changes in your brain, the endorphin surge etc I made these because after months, years of working out for hours a day there is little evidence of a body change.
