It's a food competition; whoever gains the most weight before time runs out wins. They both put on a great show, but Mai starts to gain the upper hand. Chun-Li gets an idea. She chooses to eat Mai to gain all her weight, given how heavy she is. She ends up winning, and it's not cheating because it's not explicitly prohibited. They're fighting. Chun-Li lands a powerful blow, stunning Mai. Then she executes a finishing move: she sticks her mouth into a fire hydrant, and she starts to gain weight. Chun-Li taunts her, but Mai, in revenge, crushes Chun-Li, resulting in a draw. It can also be the other way around, but if it's Chun-Li, the inflation should be through his rear end, making it enormous and then squashing it. Chun-Li inflates his rear end a lot, making it huge, and launches himself directly to ram Mai with it. Mai inflates her breasts, which sends Chun-Li flying upwards. Mai opens her mouth wide and swallows him, becoming very fat. After a while, she digests him and gets a big rear end.
