a) Muscle Stimulation: Staff attaches some electric nodes to her muscles to see if a “little” shock will help with some growth, they start with a little charge to her pecs and her entire chest expands suddenly catching her off guard, they cut the power and once they confirm it works they proceed to test with the rest of her body, they send a charge to her legs and that makes her do a super jump and get flatten against the ceiling, once she comes back down still in pancake form they decide to just go full charge on her entire body, from her flat form her muscles begin to bulge out starting with the arms which she uses to unpeel herself form the floor as her new amazon body starts to form, her body absorbs get so big and its absorbing so much power that she causes a black out, she’s now the only source of light as her new swole figure now lits up from all the electricity she absorbed.
b) Backfire:The evil hands screw up, they start filling her up with liquid from a container without knowing said liquid its a special protein shake, so they moment they see her grow a big gut they look away to find their “tools” for when she’s full, they don't see her gut quickly turning into a six pack, her muscles begin to bulge out and she starts to get taller and wider, once she’s strong enough she decides to accelerate the growth process spitting out the hose, opening the metal container with her own hands, lifting it and drinking directly from it, getting even stronger and growing larger, when the evil hands come back they get startled by a large burp and look up to find their “victim” looking stronger than ever and about to beat the shit outta them.
c) Paranormal Workout: The athletic ghost returns and looks in horror at how the kingdom’s generosity (the free food mostly) made Maki’s gains disappear (she’ll be looking a little chubby but nothing too big), she decides to fix this by entering Maki’s body and making her burn those calories away but it gets too excited and over does it causing Maki to get too big and muscular, we see how this turns turns Maki into a titan with an incredible powerful body, the hands get this athletic ghosts out of their guest’s body at the living and powerful yet exhausted Maki trying to catch her breath with her body sweating and steaming while the hands can't do anything but offer her a sports drink too big for her beefy hands.
