It's based on a suggestion only I figured Shalltear wouldnt need to tamper with the food, she only needs to trick Albedo into thinking Ainz is personally preparinga banquet for her, and every time she feels full a new fake note arrives asking her to eat up, and she'll do anything for the love of her life.
Anyway It will be ready soon but I wanted to at least share the progress with ya.

Would've loved to see Shalltear bouncing on Albedo in the last panel for some teasing; sure Ainz may not get anything out of that huge belly but at least Shally is making the most of it, much to Albedos chagrin~

Yeah, Albedo would definitely do this if Ainz ordered it or if she heard from a trusted source that Ainz finds fat chicks hot. Great comic π
