Belly defense: After been served several drinks free drinks gains a heavy bottom figure (starting as bloated belly), once she’s satisfied and about to leave she bumps into the table of a pair of evil drunk hands that decide to start trouble with her, so they start punching her (ORA ORA style but…lame) in the stomach but she’s barely feeling it once the hands tire themselves out, she bends down to their level and lets out a huge burp in front of them almost blowing them away, at the end we see her still bloated sitting on the bullies while she enjoys one last drink.
b. Packed Meal: While wandering inside a food packing plant, the evil hands surprise her and push her, getting her butt stuck in the packing machine, while the hands activate the conveyor belt in front of her, it starts to feed her and fatten her up, making it more difficult to get her growing butt out of the machine, once she’s big enough the hands activate the packing machine and she gets sucked in, squishing and compressing all her fat into the shape of a small box, ready for distribution.
c. Hungry Ghost II: She returns to ask the living for a favor once more, ignoring Lisa after she declined the request, the little ghost lady possess her and starts using Lisa’s body to stuff both of them, making Lisa grow fatter, demolishing an entire buffet with her voraciousness at the end of the massacre we see a very fat Lisa still possessed an about to order seconds when the staff hits her in the head making Lisa spit out the trouble some entity, it ends with the ghost been banned from the restaurant while staff try to get their extra large guest back on her feet.

Shouldn’t it be Hungry Ghost III, since this is technically it’s 3rd appearance?

Probably don’t hear it much but I appreciate the normal drawings of each character you do for these polls. This is a big improvement from when you last drew Lisa Lisa and I liked that one too.
