a) Pastry Guardian: They enter an ancient temple where everything is made of cake, a large three story cake appears in front them, Yamato initially is impressed until they start to feel like the cake is calling them, they try to resist but the magic of this place is too strong, they start to devour the cake, layer and after layer as they get fatter with every taste, once they are done with it Yamato lets out a huge burp as they lies on the platform where the cake once stood, suddenly their stomach begin to rumble and they notice their hands begin to puff up soon the rest of their body starts to do the same, as Yamato starts to grow and transform into a huge and puffy cake guake guardian, now protecting at the entrance of the temple as a new cake appears behind them.
b) Radioactive Titan: The hands are getting rid of some dangerous radioactive goo, Yamato happens to pass by and thinking the good is edible and while the hands are distracted they taste the goo, surprisingly they love it and they start to grab the stuff with their hands as they stuff themselves with it, seems to be packed with calories because Yamato starts to grow a gut and their body fattens up soon after, they finish all the barrels now looking really fat and glowy, the hands return and look in horror realizing what Yamato just did, soon they begin to grow even taller and the fat starts to turn into bulging muscles, their breasts and butt expanding along with them, Yamato’s now been turned into a radioactive giant titan, instead feeling horrified they look so excited as they are now more powerful than ever before.
c) Mass Ray: Hands are developing a machine that can change the mass of an object or person, Yamato “volunteers” for a test as the hands shoot at them with their ray, rapidly increasing the mass on their butt to the point they can use it as a seat, of course they are not happy with this so the hands shoot again, this time adding more mass , making them super fat barely able to stand on their feet, Yamato is still able to yell so they demand the hands to fix them, the hands shoot again this time compressing all their fat (squishing), in the process of moving and removing the mass the machine malfunctions and shuts down , at first glance Yamato thinks it worked since their upper half is slim again but then they notice their new bottom heavy look, furious this time they use their new size to trash the lab as the hands run for their lives in fear of what they just created.

Well the cake has gotten the sun but definitely those other 2 ideas was really good.
