a) Supernatural Workout: The ghost of bodybuilder with an urge to exercise again possesses her body and starts to go crazy with the gym equipment, causing her and her muscles to grow bigger, we see her body steaming as she gains more mass getting so big that at the end she can’t move anymore ash she became a mountain of muscle, pleased with a productive work out session the ghost leaves her body leaving her confused and stuck in the room now small in comparison to her.
b) Heated up: Ignoring all warnings she tries one of the hot peppers produced in the kingdom, immediately her face turns red and starts spitting fire out of her mouth (wildtake), she becomes infuriated and her muscles begin to expand from the heat making her look much more bigger than she already was (hulk-ish like but more feminine), she goes on a rampage around the kingdom, her face still red and her mouth flaming, then she finds a local fountain a drinks it dry causing her belly to bloat (somehow not losing her abs) once she cools down she notices her body is still huge and looks very happy with the result.
c) Sportsmanship: Her and the heavy lifting hand have a little contest, they both lift a massive iron plate with ease but once the hands drop more weight on the she loses her balance and the plate drops on her flattening her, not wanting to win by default the big hand peels her out and a special iron supplement they take themselves, she starts popping back up with her muscles swelling more, she grows taller and gains a more amazonian look (bigger chest and butt as well) with her back with a new shape and thankful to the hand they go for round two.

Decided not to include weight gain or inflation in the options because these characters are all about muscle, so all three options this week focus on them getting stronger with a few extra concepts just to spice it up a little (possession,slight belly bloating and flattening.)
