SPOILER And on the last Page its getting revealed that all of their friends know of their eating habits but don't say anything to not scare them of. It is also the reason why they have so much food at the first place.

Something tells me you’ve had this comic saved in your computer for awhile. Cause that logo in the less panel looks outdated.
