I love working simple, I use the multiply layer to make my life easier when it comes to shading. 1 layer for the base color, 1 layer for the shadows, and the rest is just paint overs for lighting.

Both your shading and your line technique are awesome! I'm currently trying to relearn what I know about lining to upgrade where I'm currently at. It's super helpful to see these stages and understand how you do it. Simple in the best way and very clean 👌
