Idk if it’s just me but I don’t really get the chemistry dynamic of the podcast. I’ve been watching from the beginning and initially it was awkward and nervous but everyone looked like they were having fun. Then it became more passive aggressive, fake laughs (at time) and sometimes the episodes are hard to listen to or watch. I really really don’t want this to come off wrong because there are really funny or fun moments in the epis. Im just wondering if maybe the episodes were structured better then convo would flow easier. It kinda seems like there’s tension at some points and as if everyone is scared to offend each other when talking. These are both two different friendships that have separately known each other for years so maybe it’s been hard combining the chemistry with each other? Maybe I’m over analyzing lol I just want to hear what everyone thinks

If someone knows their client did something, yes they still have to defend them, but they can't knowingly let their client commit perjury aka lie on stand. so in those situations, they will create a narrative to cast "reasonable doubt," such as suggesting someone else had more motive and whatnot. but in those instances they usually won't have their client testify since they can't go on stand to answer questions if they're just going to lie, aka commit perjury.
