Lmao not to ruin the vibes but to Zane’s point of the customer recording the call, tbh usually the customer service calls are recorded and graded by the company sometimes employees get in trouble for actually bending the rules. I’ve worked in a lot of calll centers and it’s exhausting sometimes wanting to help ppl but u can’t because ur job depends on you giving “accurate info” instead of actual help. If a call usually says “this call is being recorded for monitoring and quality assurance blah blah” then yeah it’s being heard and they actually are looking for the employee to set the rules but also be friendly lmaooo. Usually try to ask for a supervisor and see if they can bend the rules over there 😭 sometimes ppl get fired for bending rules. Trust it sucks!

hi Love you guys! both my parents work the airlines and unfortunately with the pet thing they due usually have a pet limit on flights due to guidelines with people with allergies and they don't want pets to notice each other and cause problems. Gate agents DONT KNOW ANYTHING ever so talk to crew members (pilots flight attendants rampers and mechanics) when you cant find out the truth. you can also file complaints and get agents written up for bouncing you around and misinforming you so much. You are always eligible for compensation when you miss your flight by delays cancellations and when they make you miss it on purpose. you just have to look up the rules of the airlines and tell them. They will NEVER offer (unless they are feeling kind) anyways you guys always have so many questions about the airlines and i always wanna answer because i have the tea.
