I’m so so sorry for your loss ❤️ I lost my childhood dog of 18 years this year and I felt like the pain would never pass. So I can understand your pain. It’s something only time can heal-please be kind to yourself during this time. Allow yourself to be sad and process the loss in the way you need to. Over time it becomes easier. It’s been 8 months without my dog and I do think about her a lot, but the pain has faded and now I reflect on the happy memories I had with her when I miss her. When I have a bad day and deeply miss her I see rainbows and I believe it’s a sign from her that’s she’s okay. So maybe one day you’ll find a sign from your cat that they are okay and I hope it brings you peace. I hope you find your peace one day- they know that you loved them so deeply, they are more than pets they are our family. Remember that healing is a process so please be kind to yourself. Sending you hugs my friend
