No Podcast This Months, But Still Doing Questions!
🕑 Added 2023-10-24 00:26:10 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Brady and myself are both doing some travelling this month (not together, separate for separate things) so we're not gonna be able to get together and record a podcast this month, unfortunately.
We can however, still do the usual podcast questions! So leave any questions for me and Brady below, and I'll put up a quick little thing answering them! I'll then send whatever ones Brady gets to him, and he'll do a little thing for it too.
Apologies for not having the usual show this month, but hopefully this'll mull you guys over until next podcast.

Probably around 2013 is when it became undeniable to me. People really love to pretend everything is a vaccuumized instance, but everything is connected. There's a reason we keep seeing the same patterns again and again. The same rules and insentives are in place to allow these patterns to exist. Honestly I find it quite frustrating when people treat each example as this isolated incident, rather than being a product of how everything is formed. Obviously I like to remain optimistic, but I really want to steer people to have more faith in indies than companies who don't NEED to make quality stuff anymore to keep making money.

You seem to have a pretty healthy take on the sometimes sketchy practises that gaming companies have regarding their games. You don't idolise, but rather understand that these are COMPANIES, with stocks and shareholders. Have you always taken that into consideration, or were you "beaten" down by the failures/lies of certain companien?
