Thankyou! Took about 5-6 hours of solid work and the assistance of two fluent german speakers, though i JUST missed the 24-hour deadline after having seen the comic for the first time. Next up is figuring out the trashbin script on page 8, though I don't have enough information for that yet.

You clearly haven't been doing this long enough, Mira; there's always time for complaining! Besides, if you don't survive, you don't have to worry about rent anymore, but if you *do* survive, then it's an extra bitch that you're not getting paid. I think Dani's got the right mindset going- and also somewhat interesting to me that she's acted/talked like an oldhead this entire time. She was in the vicinity of a spellcaster who's done a bunch of quests in a row, asleep on the subway (in the background of page 8), knows that a brand's bullshit doesn't matter when they're the biggest/cheapest way of getting you going again, and knows to say "mage" instead of "witch" when you see shadow spells, unless it's a person's preferred term. Could be she's got only a bit more experience and is just a generally nice/quippy person, but I dunno. Got a gut feeling based on my years of playing tanks/brawlers in games, which seems to be her setup based on the sword and light armoring (even a barb wants something to keep enough blood on the inside to keep going [only the last HP matters, but you gotta make sure that one doesn't run out!]). Oh shit I went and did a text wall again, my nemesis! Anyway love this comic, can't wait to see more, it's already one of my faves out of my current set of "daily/weekly reads"! Keep up the good work!!!

Many thoughts: 1) they’re definitely gonna have feedback on the “how would you rate this quest giver” screen. 2) hadn’t gotten a good look at Dani’s sword before. That’s a cool design. 3) hey, alt-text, there is a *big* difference between self-blood-sacrifice and luring unsuspecting victims! You’re perpetuating that discrimination that Mira’s been struggling with for years!
