A Terrible Comic and an Update

As everyone already knows and has known for years, June 24th is Make A Terrible Comic Day. For which I created this terrible comic.
In other news, the comics anthology I contributed to, Transphoria, finished its Kickstarter campaign a couple days ago, after a very successful run! It raised over eighty thousand dollars, and will be going off to the printers soon. (You can still pledge, by the way! Looks like there’s a “Late Pledge” option now) I’ll share any other timeline updates as I get them.
Now, on to a larger update: I’ve been making autobio/transition comics for about two and a half years now. I’ve really liked making them, and been blown away by the response. I’m really glad so many people love them.
But I’m kind of… running out of ideas for them? In general I’ve made the comics I want to make based on my feelings and experiences. I’m sure I’ll make more here and there, but I just don’t think I have enough to say to have autobio comics continue to be The Thing that I’m putting out right now.
So it’s a good thing that I’m already working on a different comic project! I’ve been outlining and scripting for a bit, and am working on art for the first pages now. I should have actual pages to share with you all here on Patreon by the end of July.

Yay! Excited to see what’s new in the works! But I hope you’ll still do occasional autobio comics as events warrant. BTW: I had occasion to share your “bofaectomy” comic with my social circle last week. (Guess why! 😁) Only had to explain it to two people. 😉
